  • ​creative designer

    Location: Bristol or London

    We are very excited to announce this role, joining a hugely successful Live Events team you will bring creative and design support to our corporate events customers.
    As a key part of the sales and delivery teams you will be intimately involved in many exciting and cutting edge projects from concept to conclusion.

    Key responsibilities of the role are:
    Interpreting a brief to create high quality 2D and 3D visuals to be used as part of the sales cycle
    Effectively translate ideas and concepts into rough copy mood boards and eventually design executions.
    Creating of artwork to be used by third party print suppliers
    Developing and utilising design templates
    Creation of “in event” content and show material.

    In addition you will be supporting our on line presence and websites as well as designing support material for marketing campaigns and adverts
    You are calm under pressure and understand customer deadlines, you can work on multiple projects at the same time, you have a background in a creative role working across all disciplines including live experiences, digital, experiential events and live events.

    You will spend much of your time sharing your ideas with customers and between our London and Bristol offices. You have a knowledge of live event environments with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a good working knowledge of 2D and 3D design software particularly Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Freehand and a good knowledge of AutoCad, animation software, Power point and Keynote.

  • Events technician

    Location: London / Venue based

    Responsible for providing the day to day technical support to the venue, ensuring competent installation and operation of the technical equipment in support of the AV package for the venue.

    Key Responsabilities of the role are:
    Provide on site support for each of the projects contracted at the venue.
    Manage all additional resources required for each project.
    Provide support to the venue technical team as demand requires.
    Attend client “walk round” meetings as required.
    Attend venue scheduling meetings as required.
    Monitor and maintain set Delivery, Conduct and Health and Safety standards on site.
    Maintain project budgets and deliver agreed financial margins.
    Maintain accurate, regular and detailed communication with the Events team administration and management teams.

    You will have experiance of the live event enviroment with particular focus on corporate communications. You have a drive and passion with a high level of attention to detail, you work well in a team but are equally comfortable working alone. You are customer facing at all levels particularly with your communication and appearence.

  • Customer Service Representative

    Location: Bristol

    We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representatives to join our highly enthusiastic and dedictaed team.
    The role of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure all customers are dealt with professionally and their requirements achieved efficiently and accurately.  As part of this dynamic team you will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the delivery of our Hire division is market leading.

    Key responsibilities:
    Taking front line calls and enquiries from all our customers.
    Checking all hire orders are commercially viable and meeting the customers’ requirements.
    Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment is sourced in readiness for all hire events to be prepared by the warehouse staff.
    Taking complete ownership of hire orders assigned to you from conception to completion ensuring attention to detail and accuracy of all information provided.
    Assessing workload and prioritise incoming enquiries as required.

  • Warehouse team technician

    Location: Bristol

    We are looking for a Team Technician to work in our busy Hire Warehouse in Bristol.
    You will be a key member of a team consisting of a supervisor, leading hand and other technicians who will collectively maintain our hire equipment, deliver excellent service maintaining our consistantly high deliverables.

    Ideally, you should have some knowledge and experience of maintaining equipment used in the entertainment, theatre and corporate event industries or in the operations of such a company.

    Specific knowledge of one or more of the following areas would be advantageous. 
    • Rigging Systems
    • Power Systems
    • Generic Lighting systems
    • Robotic Light Systems
